Chalet in Söll: Spa, sauna, sunny terrace, super!

Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. every day. We kindly ask you to check out of your chalet near Ellmau on the Wilder Kaiser before 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

If you have booked our premium chalet, simply sit down at a sumptuous breakfast in the morning. While you are still asleep, we tip-toe into the chalet like little gnomes and fill the table with delicious local produce. In addition to eggs from the neighbouring farm, rolls, fruit, cheese, sausage, and other delicacies, we will surprise you with a few special titbits. After breakfast you can leave everything and we will pick up the dishes later.

Dogs are welcome in the chalet on Wilder Kaiser. Please note that we charge an additional fee per dog of €25.00 per day excluding food.

We take the welfare of our little guests very seriously. Numerous board games in the restaurant and a horse to groom in summer are waiting for them, which they can take care of on request from our riding instructor, Gabi. In addition, discounts according to their age are available in our premium chalets in Söll for little and medium-sized guests. On request, we send you an individual offer.

Baby travel beds and other extras for babies and children are available on request.

For all persons over 15 years of age, a tourist tax of €2.50 per person and night must be paid. This tax is not included in the total price of the stay.

In the premium chalets in Söll smoking is not permitted. You are welcome to use the balcony or the terrace.

Reservations must be confirmed in writing at least 3 days before arrival. Failing that, reservations for the premium chalet in Söll expires. Terms of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

The cancellation conditions for your holiday in Söll are as follows:

• Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation 2 month to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
• Cancellation 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
• Cancellation 1 week to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price
• Cancellation within arrival/no-show: 90% of the total price
• Cancellation of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price.

The overnight stay and sumptuous breakfast, which is lovingly served to you in your chalet near Ellmau in Tyrol is included in the price. Nonetheless, we would like to invite you to spend dinner in the restaurant of our gourmet hotel in Söll. Multi-course menus, yummy delicacies of award-winning level, and barbecue treats await you here. A small tip: the chef’s table, a private special dinner with the chef who rocks and cookbook author, Helmut, is a culinary highlight that you should not miss on your holiday! You don’t want to leave your chalet in the evening? Each of our premium chalets in Söll has a private spa area with a freestanding, modern bathtub (by the by, with a panoramic view of the mountains), romantic cosy corner, and sauna. Of course, you also have the possibility to use the wellness area and the thermal outdoor pool of our hotel for free.
