Barbecuing, that’s Helmut’s great passion. As a certified barbecue trainer, Helmut knows what is important when it comes to barbecues. He not only teaches his knowledge at the barbecue courses in Tyrol, but has also written down his tips and tricks in his cookery book ‘Genuss Grillen Spezialitäten für alle Jahreszeiten’. The work was awarded the coveted book prize ‘Prix Prato’ and celebrated as a bestseller in the category, cookery and barbecue books, on Amazon Austria in 2017. The recipes presented by him are easy to implement and thanks to clear step-by-step illustrations, also suitable for barbecue beginners.
