Have you decided on our hotel rooms? Great! In one of our 32 beds in the main or adjoining building you can wonderfully relax, laze around, and sleep in. Renovated a few years ago with the highest quality materials, our hotel rooms are also state-of-the-art. Furnishing with local larch wood not only ensures a very special room climate, but also healthy slumber. After an eventful day in nature, you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony and watch the setting sun bathe the Wilder Kaiser, the Pölven, and the Hohe Salve in an awe-inspiring light.

Hotel rooms: important information

Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. every day. We kindly ask you to check out of your chalet before 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Breakfast

Every morning a sumptuous breakfast is available for the guests of our hotel rooms. In summer you can enjoy it on our sunny terrace with a view of the Hohe Salve.

Half board

Half board includes a rich breakfast with products from our own farm and from local farmers with a 5-course gourmet menu in the evening. On Tuesdays in summer and winter, there are regular ‘chill & grill’ evenings.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in the chalet. Please note that we charge an additional fee per dog of €25.00 per day excluding food.

Children

We take the welfare of our little guests very seriously. Numerous board games in the restaurant and a horse to groom in summer are waiting for them, which they can take care of on request from our riding instructor, Gabi. In addition, discounts according to their age are available in our premium chalets in Söll for little and medium-sized guests. On request, we send you your individual offer.

0 to 6.99 years: 70% reduction
7 to 10.99 years old: 50% reduction
11 to 14.99 years old: 30% reduction
From 15 years old: 50% reduction

For a holiday in Söll with children we recommend our spacious family suite with connecting doors. Baby travel beds and other extras for babies and children are available on request.

Tourist tax

For all persons over 15 years of age, a tourist tax of €2.50 per person and night must be paid. This tax is not included in the total price of the stay.

Smoking

In the premium chalets in Söll smoking is not permitted. You are welcome to use the balcony or the terrace.

Cancellation policy

The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 1 month before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.
Outside the specified period, the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:

70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
90% of the total agreed price by 1 day before the date of arrival;
90% of the total agreed price within the day of arrival or in case of now show;
100% of the total agreed price in case of delayed arrival or early departure.

Wellness

Every day from you can end your eventful day in our small but fine wellness oasis with thermal outdoor pool, sauna, steam bath, romantic cosy corner, and relaxation room. Regular theme infusions with different scents take place. Bathrobes and bath slippers can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit.

Wi-Fi

You have free access to Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the premium chalets in Söll.
