The Alpine Lounge: a place for sun worshippers at our restaurant in Söll
Our Alpine Lounge is the windproof terrace of our restaurant in Söll - a place to relax, read, dream, and enjoy. Many things have changed in the course of our renovation - resulting in new feel-good corners and cosy spots for an aperitif in the evening or a cosy cappuccino in the sun. In fine weather you can also enjoy a rich breakfast here or simply gaze at the mountains and their unique beauty. Of course, external guests are welcome to take a nice seat for coffee, cake, and our extraordinary ice-cream creations. We are open daily from 1.30 p.m. for you.

In our hotel in Söll we have created a place for hotel and day guests just as you would like because we want your day to end fantastically - a good meeting place for a friendly chat, to meet friends: whatever takes your fancy. Whether it’s an aperitif before dinner, a glass of white wine in between, or a cocktail as an elegant nightcap - at the bar in our Alpine Lounge you can find plenty of drinks to suit your taste.
Chef’s Table: exclusive personal dinner invitation from Helmut
The notorious chef’s table is right next to the bar, where we not only hold special dinners with Helmut, our chef who rocks, but also organise cookery courses. This is where he serves you delicious meals and also divulges his exclusive tips on grilling and cooking straight from the horse’s mouth, served on a silver platter.
What’s more, you can also take a peek behind the scenes from the chef’s table and look over Helmut’s and his kitchen team’s shoulders as they prepare the food. What is the atmosphere like? A bit like a private dinner invitation. You can book an evening at the chef’s table when you reserve your accommodation or on site at the reception. However, it’s better to be quick – seats at Helmut’s chef’s table are very popular and readily occupied!
Small tip: The Alpine Lounge is also ideal for champagne receptions with appetisers at weddings in our restaurant in Söll.
